LastLift turns the MBTA's published station layouts into a flow network in FalkorDB, so for every platform it knows how many lift failures it takes to cut riders who need step-free access off, which lift that is, and what to do when it happens. An agent answers questions about it through tools that any MCP client can call. - Every step-free route through a station is a path through lifts, walkways and fare gates.
