市场在 renames 映射中声明重命名，迁移设置键。对于从 git 仓库添加的市场，Claude Code 文档说明重命名插件会报告 Plugin " " not cached at ，直到你在会话中运行一次安装。参见“迁移带有重命名映射的用户”。

在一台机器上观察到，文档中没有：在 /plugin marketplace update 之后，输出显示“1 个插件未能更新”，且 extras-claude-code 在已安装列表中缺失。

1. 运行一次/plugin install extras-claude-code@vinnie357。在打开的面板中选择安装示波器。
2. 运行/reload-plugins]，或重启开放会话。

Upgrading from claude-code

The plugin claude-code is now extras-claude-code. Skill names change from /claude-code: to /extras-claude-code:.

The marketplace declares the rename in its renames map, which migrates the settings key. For a marketplace added from a git repository, the Claude Code docs state that the renamed plugin reports Plugin "" not cached at until you run the install once in a session. See Migrate users with a renames map.

Observed on one machine, not in the docs: after /plugin marketplace update, the output reported “1 plugin failed to update”, and extras-claude-code was missing from the Installed list.

1. Run /plugin install extras-claude-code@vinnie357 once. Choose an install scope in the panel that opens.
2. Run /reload-plugins, or restart open sessions.
3. Run /plugin list and confirm extras-claude-code appears.

These steps were observed working on one machine, not tested across setups.
