이 저장소는 다음과 같은 일반적인 장소입니다:

• AGENTS.MD: 코덱스/클로드 스타일 요원을 위한 공유 하드 룰
• skills/: symlink에서 노출된 레포 소유 기술 포함 재사용 워크플로우 기술
• scripts/: 프로젝트 전반에 걸쳐 사용되는 의존성 라이트 도우미
• hooks/: 기술 검증과 같은 로컬 가드레일

스킬

스킬은 주요 라우팅 계층입니다. 각 skills/ /SKILL.md는 YAML 프론트 매터를 가지고 있습니다:

규칙:

• 설명은 짧고 일반적으로 유지; 문서화가 아닌 라우팅을 최적화하세요.
• 기술 체계를 간결하고 운영적으로 유지하세요.
• 워크플로우에 반복 가능한 명령어가 있을 경우 skills/ /scripts/ 아래에 헬퍼 스크립트를 선호합니다.
• 편집 후 검증: scripts/validate-skills.
• 앞부분에 description 인용.

글로벌 디스커버리는 scripts/sync-skills(멎등법; 복제 또는 기술 추가 후 모든 Mac에서 실행됨)에 의해 구축됩니다:

• 코덱스는 중첩된 디르를 스캔하여 전체 루트 링크를 얻습니다: ~/.codex/skills/agent-scripts -> ~/Projects/agent-scripts/skills, ~/.codex/skills/manager -> ~/Projects/manager/skills.
• 클로드 코드는 '~/.claude/skills/ /SKILL만 로드합니다.

Agent Scripts

Shared agent instructions, skills, and small portable helpers for Peter’s local workspaces.

This repo is the canonical place for:

• AGENTS.MD: shared hard rules for Codex/Claude-style agents
• skills/: reusable workflow skills, including repo-owned skills exposed by symlink
• scripts/: dependency-light helpers used across projects
• hooks/: local guardrails such as skill validation

Skills

Skills are the main routing layer. Each skills//SKILL.md has YAML front matter:

Rules:

• Keep descriptions short and generic; optimize for routing, not documentation.
• Keep skill bodies terse and operational.
• Prefer helper scripts under skills//scripts/ when a workflow has repeatable commands.
• Validate after edits: scripts/validate-skills.
• Quote description in front matter.

Global discovery is built by scripts/sync-skills (idempotent; run on every Mac after cloning or adding skills):

• Codex scans nested dirs, so it gets whole-root links: ~/.codex/skills/agent-scripts -> ~/Projects/agent-scripts/skills, ~/.codex/skills/manager -> ~/Projects/manager/skills.
• Claude Code loads only ~/.claude/skills//SKILL.md (exactly one level deep; per-entry symlinks are followed, category subfolders are not scanned — verified on 2.1.197). It gets a flat per-skill link mirror covering both repos plus machine-local ~/.codex/skills/ extras.
• Name collisions resolve agent-scripts > manager > codex-local; the script prints skipped duplicates and prunes broken/stale managed links.
• Real destination files and directories are preserved. A real Claude skill directory with a Codex backlink to that same directory satisfies local ownership; other real destination conflicts are reported and make sync fail.

For the specific legacy topology ~/.claude/skills/NAME/NAME -> ~/.codex/skills/NAME -> ~/.claude/skills/NAME, invoke the sync owner directly with an explicit allowlist:
