설치

** 프로젝트 범위**에 설치하기 때문에 기술이 .claude/settings.json]에 체크되어 repo를 복제하는 모든 collaborator와 공유됩니다.

옵션 1: 클로드 코드 /plugin

이 repo는 Claude 부호 플러그인과 그것의 자신의 시장 둘 다, 그래서 별도의 배급 repo가 필요합니다.

설치 후, 두 기술은 namespaced를 skill-forge:create-skill]과 skill-forge:eval-skill]로 나타낸다.

플러그인 소스는 전체적인 재포 루트이므로 다운로드 runbooks/, src/], 그리고 skills/*/bin/]에서 컴파일된 바이너리의 ~486MB를 모두 6개의 지원되는 플랫폼에 설치하더라도, 그 중 하나만 사용.

옵션 2: npx skills

기술 CLI는 Claude Code 플러그인 시스템에 의존하지 않는 범용 기술 설치자이며 Claude Code, Codex, Cursor 및 다른 에이전트의 수십 가지를 통해 작동합니다. 이 repo는 두 가지 기술 ([skills/create-skill], skills/eval-skill]])과 루트 레벨 `SKILL이 없습니다.

skill-forge

A toolkit for authoring and evaluating Claude Code skills: create-skill scaffolds a new skill test-first against a failing baseline, and eval-skill runs the Tier 0-3 harness that gates it before shipping.

Install

Install at project scope so the skills are checked into .claude/settings.json and shared with every collaborator who clones the repo.

Option 1: Claude Code /plugin

This repo is both a Claude Code plugin and its own marketplace, so no separate distribution repo is needed.

After installing, the two skills appear namespaced as skill-forge:create-skill and skill-forge:eval-skill.

The plugin source is the whole repo root, so installing also downloads runbooks/, src/, and the ~486MB of compiled binaries under skills/*/bin/ for all six supported platforms, even though any given install only uses one of them.

Option 2: npx skills

skills CLI is a general-purpose skill installer that doesn’t depend on the Claude Code plugin system, and works across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and dozens of other agents. This repo is a monorepo with two skills (skills/create-skill, skills/eval-skill) and no root-level SKILL.md, so target them with --skill or a direct subdirectory path. Project scope is the tool’s default, so no extra flag is needed:
