Your 24/7 bioinformatics copilot — run 50 specific skills across 10 application scenarios in daily bioinformatic analysis with ease.

Bioinfor-Claw is two things in one project:

1. A standalone bioinformatics agent. Clone the repo, run a single command, and you get a browser-based chat UI backed by an autonomous agent that can choose tools, run analyses, remember context across turns, and return publication-ready figures and tables. No external agent framework required.
2. A modular skill library. All 50 analysis capabilities are packaged as self-contained, agent-friendly skills (each with a SKILL.md, a working Python implementation, and explicit input/output contracts) that plug into OpenClaw, Claude Code, or any custom agent that scans SKILL.md files.

This dual nature is intentional. Use Bioinfor-Claw on its own as a “desktop AI bench scientist,” embed it inside a larger agent platform you already run, or call individual skills directly from your scripts and pipelines — the same skills work in all three modes.
