A provider plus the native MCP server for a host implementing the Skills extension: If you write skills rather than consume them, you want agentskills-tools instead. v0.7.0 is the current release: native-only MCP delivery on SDK 2.2+ and protocol 2026-07-28, with eight maintained packages. Review the breaking changes before upgrading from v0.6.
