Follow Up Boss MCP Server — Built for Realtors

Talk to your Follow Up Boss CRM in plain English from Claude AI (or any MCP-compatible tool). 160 tools covering the official API, including the about and help tools. Built by a working real estate broker, not a dev shop.

Built by Ed Neuhaus — broker / owner at Neuhaus Realty Group in Austin, Texas. Licensed since 2007, broker since 2009, 19+ years in real estate. I built this because I wanted to talk to my own FUB account in plain English. It’s free for self-host use under the Elastic License 2.0.

One-click install on Hostinger

No terminal needed. Get your own server and connect it to Claude on the web, desktop or phone. Pick the KVM 1 plan.

One-click install on Hostinger, with HTTPS and a password login built in.
Tools checked against the Follow Up Boss API docs and a live account. 99 tool descriptions rewritten, and 132 of the 160 tools called against a real account before release. The tools that FUB used to reject now work.
Steadier connections. A server restart no longer drops Claude, and both the new and the older versions of the MCP standard work.
Fewer tools when you want them. FUB_TOOL_GROUPS (for example core,setup) loads only the groups you use: core, setup, marketing, integrations, delete. Every tool also tells Claude whether it only reads or makes changes.
New leads first. listPeople lists the newest contacts first.
