AVCD MCP Server - Model Context Protocol implementation

Conta Azul GraphQL MCP Server
Exposes the Conta Azul Yoga Subgraph GraphQL API via Apollo MCP introspection tools. No hand-maintained operation files — when the schema changes, refresh schema.graphql and restart.
Uses the official Apollo MCP Server Docker image.
Quick Start
# 1. Start Conta Azul Yoga subgraph (required dependency)
cd ../conta-azul-yoga-subgraph && make dev
# 2. Start MCP server (refreshes schema + JWT)
cd ../mcp && make dev
