Overview
SkillPlus is a pair of reusable Agent Skills for the full lifecycle of skill engineering: creating new skills from real workflows, and improving existing skills through audit, evidence, evaluation, and gated iteration. Use skillplus-create when a team has a repeated workflow, SOP, execution trace, or human office process that should become a reusable SKILL.md package. Use skillplus-improve when a skill already exists and needs auditing, refactoring, evaluation, regression checks, or keep/revert decisions. Copy one or both skill folders into your Agent or Codex skills directory: The folders are self-contained skill packages. Start from SKILL.md, then load files under references/, examples/, evals/, or agents/ only when the skill asks for them. skillplus-create turns real workflow evidence into a candidate skill package with routing, contract, runtime boundary, examples, and evaluation assets.

Examples
Use skillplus-create when a team has a repeated workflow, SOP, execution trace, or human office process that should become a reusable SKILL.md package.

Quick Start

skillplus-create turns real workflow evidence into a candidate skill package with routing, contract, runtime boundary, examples, and evaluation assets.
skillplus-improve reviews and evolves existing skills using static audit, runtime behavior checks, evaluation tasks, validation gates, and human adoption checkpoints.
How It Works
SkillPlus absorbs ideas from Trace2Skill, EvoSkill, SkillOpt, SkillLens, Skill-Schema-V2, and darwin-skill:

It includes Trace2Skill, EvoSkill, SkillOpt, SkillLens, Contractual Skills, SkillSmith, the reusable-skills study, darwin-skill, and Skill-Schema-V2.
Boundaries
SkillPlus does not guarantee that a generated or improved skill is production-ready. It creates and improves candidate skill packages, then asks for evidence.
Do not store private traces, credentials, customer data, local-only paths, or proprietary logs inside reusable skill files. Sanitize examples before publishing or sharing them.
High-risk actions such as external send, deletion, deployment, finance, legal, privacy-sensitive work, or irreversible operations still require human gates and runtime enforcement.
Verification
Before publishing a SkillPlus-derived skill:

Then run the skill’s own audit or evaluation prompts under evals/ where available.
