Developer toolsCodex skill for designing high-performing YouTube Shorts thumbnails for The Next New Thing.
Overview
A Codex skill I use to turn raw vertical clips into finished YouTube Shorts and create their thumbnails. It removes dead air, reduces echo, balances speech volume, preserves clip order and synchronization, and can place the approved thumbnail into the video's first frame. I use this skill to create videos like this one: Install this repository as a Codex skill, provide your clips in the intended order, and ask Codex to create a thumbnail and finish the Short. See SKILL.md for the complete workflow.
