What is a gunman?

Gunman is a set of Chinese technical skills aimed at independent developers, Vibe Coding creators, and AI creators.

It reads repositories, code, logs, experiments, commit records, user feedback, and author statements, first establishing factual boundaries, then writing real technical experiences into long public account articles with conflict, choice, technical trade-offs, and outcome boundaries.

The Shooter did not expand the README into an article, nor did he use advanced vocabulary to cover the author’s original expression.

What it aims to do is preserve the author himself, while making real technical experiences credible, easy to understand, and encouraging people to read through them.

Why Become a Gunman

Many tech creators don’t encounter “no content,” but rather:

• Project facts scattered in warehouses, logs, experiments, and chat logs;
• Ordinary AI easily writes technical projects into function manuals;
• Technical content is professional, but ordinary readers may not understand it;
• To promote effectiveness, models tend to exaggerate data and user feedback;
• After polishing, the author’s plain language, emotions, and judgment are worn away;
• The author has confirmed the final manuscript, and the AI will still proactively revise it;
• Content deleted or rejected by users will be re-added in the next round;
• After writing an article, you need to explain your writing style to the AI again.

Gunners turn these issues into an executable content production pipeline.

Core Competencies

1. Multi-source material reading

The shooter can build an article from the following material:

• README, licenses, and architecture documentation;
• Key code, tests, logs, and commit records;
• Experimental data, charts, and timelines;
• User reviews, comments, and feedback;
• Old drafts, reference articles, and confirmed final drafts.

It does not directly expand the material, but first seeks facts, main issues, conflicts, choices, and outcomes.

2. Five types of fact-checking

Important statements are distinguished as:

1. Warehouse verifiability;
2. User Description;
3. Third-party feedback;
4. Author’s inference;
5. Timeliness data.

Individual feedback is not packaged as a universal effect, local metrics are not stolen as overall improvements, and inferences are not disguised as facts.

3. Adaptive long-form writing

The Gunners no longer put the same chapter table on every article. “Project story” and “empirical viewpoint” are only used to judge high-level writing intent; the true structure is generated from facts, conflicts, evidence, choices, and consequences of the article.

Each chapter only selects one main progression line: changes in events, cognitive changes, decisions changes, experiments changes, or character relationships change. Other changes can be supported, but do not compete for the main storyline. Version updates, technical pitfalls, and iterative reviews are just optional variants and will not continuously expand into new fixed engines.

4. Six-step technical method

Technical depth comes from real problems, engineering decisions, and outcome boundaries, not terminology density.

The Gunslinger will retain the author’s natural bluntness, humor, self-deprecating, genuine emotions, and technical judgment.
