All Claude Code skills for Samin's agent ecosystem
Overview
A public, deduplicated catalog of agent skills installed across Codex, Claude, Hermes, Gemini, Agents, Cursor, OpenCode, Copilot, and project-level stores. 258 skills are checked into this repository. Every skill has its canonical SKILL.md and a human-readable README.md. The sync fails closed on potential secrets, missing READMEs, or catalog drift. System skills, plugin caches, dependency trees, credentials, Git metadata, and generated binaries over 50 MiB are excluded. When two installed skills share a name but have different instructions, the broader installation keeps the base name and the project-specific copy receives a source suffix. Nothing is silently overwritten. Imported skills retain their upstream terms. Each generated skill README and skill-catalog.json records the detected ecosystem and public upstream URL when available; inclusion here does not relicense third-party work. - voice-orchestrator is also published as its own repository.

| capitoltrades-politician-tracker | Repository | Scrape a politician’s stock trading disclosures from CapitolTrades.com and report which trades are newly disclosed since the last check. Use this whenever the user wants to track, monitor, or check a member of Congress’s stock trades — phrases like “what is [politician] trading”, “track [senator/rep]'s trades”, “check CapitolTrades for X”, “any new disclosures from [politician]”, or when given a capitoltrades.com/politicians/ID URL. Also use this to set up a recurring daily/weekly trade-tracking routine for a politician (pair with the schedule skill). Works for any politician on CapitolTrades, not just one specific person. |
| captions-overlay | Video Editor Agents | Overlay doctrine for the embedded-captions workflow — the caption MODEL (drop / rail / embed) and the rule that captions are an OVERLAY composited on top of the film, never a reserved bottom band you shift content up to avoid. Load when adding captions/subtitles to a talking-head or launch video, when deciding whether a phrase should be dropped, ride the verbatim rail, or be promoted to a scarce embedded climax, when laying out a composition that will carry captions (do NOT reserve a keep-out band), or when centering a composition on the true frame center under captions. Quotes the rail+embed model from embedded-captions and constraint #13 (captions overlay, keep-out band retired) from the product-launch-video scene agent. Applies ON TOP of embedded-captions. |
| careful | Codex | Safety guardrails for destructive commands. Warns before rm -rf, DROP TABLE, force-push, git reset --hard, kubectl delete, and similar destructive operations. User can override each warning. Use when touching prod, debugging live systems, or working in a shared environment. Use when asked to “be careful”, “safety mode”, “prod mode”, or “careful mode”. |
| changelog-video | Video Editor Agents | Turn a weekly changelog .md into a finished branded changelog video (square 1080, ~45-60s, Annie VO, animated brand background, mock-UI visualizations, lowkey captions). Use when the user provides a changelog/digest markdown and wants the weekly video, or says “changelog video”. Self-contained — fonts, background, lexicon, and scripts ship in this skill. |

Use when asked to “connect chrome”, “open chrome”, “real browser”, “launch chrome”, “side panel”, or “control my browser”. |
| content-cascade | Repository | Generate blog post, Twitter thread, and LinkedIn post from a YouTube video. Fetches transcript, generates all three content pieces following your voice/style guidelines, and optionally saves as drafts to Supabase. Trigger on phrases like ‘generate content for this video’, ‘content cascade for’, ‘write a blog post from my video’, ‘create content from YouTube’, ‘run content cascade on my latest video’, or any request to turn a YouTube video into blog/social content. |
| context7-mcp | Claude, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, Gemini Anti-Gravity | This skill should be used when the user asks about libraries, frameworks, API references, or needs code examples. Activates for setup questions, code generation involving libraries, or mentions of specific frameworks like React, Vue, Next.js, Prisma, Supabase, etc. |

Use when asked to make, recreate, revise, render, or insert a chapter transition, title card, section bumper, or interstitial between video scenes in HyperFrames or Borumi. |
| cso | Codex | Chief Security Officer mode. Infrastructure-first security audit: secrets archaeology, dependency supply chain, CI/CD pipeline security, LLM/AI security, skill supply chain scanning, plus OWASP Top 10, STRIDE threat modeling, and active verification. Two modes: daily (zero-noise, 8/10 confidence gate) and comprehensive (monthly deep scan, 2/10 bar). Trend tracking across audit runs. Use when: “security audit”, “threat model”, “pentest review”, “OWASP”, “CSO review”. |
| cut-the-curve | Video Editor Agents | The technique catalog: five velocity-matched SEAMS (zoom-through, INVERSE zoom-through, cut-the-curve, waterfall cut, rack-focus blur-cut) plus the two in-scene techniques — waterfall ENTRY (staggered arrival cascades for title cards / segment openers) and the nudge curve (slow-fast-slow three-phase group slides). Covers partial-travel (~12% of frame) velocity matching via mirrored power4 eases, the Z scale-sign rule, size-scaled blur (10px text / 18-20px full-frame), word-by-word staggered cuts, cascade pacing by element weight, and the 10/65/25 slide ratio. Read before authoring any transition, text-beat handoff, kinetic text entry, or group reposition. [depth, zoom, inverse-zoom, scale-sign, mirrored-zoom, rack-focus, pacing, velocity, cut-the-curve, waterfall, stagger, cascade, kinetic-text, title-card, segment-opener, nudge, slide, easing, group-motion, z-depth, motion-graphics, cinematic, transition, blur, directional-continuity] |

| deploy-qm | Testing Codex | Deploy the QM package from an organization-owned repository into Fly.io or AWS, onboard an administrator, configure connectors, and optionally activate Slack. |
| design-consultation | Codex | Design consultation: understands your product, researches the landscape, proposes a complete design system (aesthetic, typography, color, layout, spacing, motion), and generates font+color preview pages. Creates DESIGN.md as your project’s design source of truth. For existing sites, use /plan-design-review to infer the system instead. Use when asked to “design system”, “brand guidelines”, or “create DESIGN.md”. Proactively suggest when starting a new project’s UI with no existing design system or DESIGN.md. |
| design-md | Hermes, Hermes Source | Author/validate/export Google’s DESIGN.md token spec files. |
| design-review | Codex | Designer’s eye QA: finds visual inconsistency, spacing issues, hierarchy problems, AI slop patterns, and slow interactions — then fixes them. Iteratively fixes issues in source code, committing each fix atomically and re-verifying with before/after screenshots. For plan-mode design review (before implementation), use /plan-design-review. Use when asked to “audit the design”, “visual QA”, “check if it looks good”, or “design polish”. Proactively suggest when the user mentions visual inconsistencies or wants to polish the look of a live site. |
| design-shotgun | Codex | Design shotgun: generate multiple AI design variants, open a comparison board, collect structured feedback, and iterate. Standalone design exploration you can run anytime. Use when: “explore designs”, “show me options”, “design variants”, “visual brainstorm”, or “I don’t like how this looks”. Proactively suggest when the user describes a UI feature but hasn’t seen what it could look like. |
| dev-instance | Testing Claude, Testing Codex | Run the current worktree as a production-shaped local dev instance — core, Slack, web UI, admin, portal, on a real Pi LLM + Postgres — reachable in Slack as your own bot. Each developer uses their own set of Slack apps from their own machine’s pool store, so many worktrees (yours and a teammate’s) can run reachable at once without colliding. Use when asked to /dev-instance, “spin this up so I can QA it in Slack”, or “let me test your branch end to end”. |
| document-release | Codex | Post-ship documentation update. Reads all project docs, cross-references the diff, updates README/ARCHITECTURE/CONTRIBUTING/CLAUDE.md to match what shipped, polishes CHANGELOG voice, cleans up TODOS, and optionally bumps VERSION. | embedded-captions | Agents, Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Gemini Anti-Gravity, Hermes, OpenCode | Add captions or subtitles to an existing single-subject talking-head video without editing the footage. Use for plain verbatim captions, cinematic captions embedded behind the subject, VFX captions, “炸/特效/酷炫字幕,” or a named identity from the 35-style catalog. Route by visual identity, not by backend engine. The quiet anchor rail is the default; embed every word only when the user explicitly wants a fully cinematic treatment. The workflow runs locally end to end, including transcription and subject matting; split multi-shot footage before applying it. |

Also use it to inspect, diagnose, validate, preview, publish, or batch-render an existing HyperFrames project. Inputs may be a website URL, GitHub PR, Figma design or URL, text or brief, existing footage, or music. It resumes project state, captures intent when applicable, selects and installs the owning workflow, and routes domain capabilities. HyperFrames is the default output framework unless the user explicitly chooses another framework for the deliverable or asks only to record a browser session. |
| hyperframes-animation | Agents, Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Gemini Anti-Gravity, Hermes, OpenCode, Video Editor Agents | All animation knowledge for HyperFrames — atomic motion rules, multi-phase scene blueprints, scene transitions, broader motion-design techniques, AND the seven runtime adapters (GSAP default, plus Lottie, Three.js, Anime.js, CSS keyframes, Web Animations API, TypeGPU). Use for any motion or animation task: pick 2-4 rules and compose, or load a blueprint, or look up runtime-specific API (e.g. GSAP eases / Lottie player / Three.js mixer). | hyperframes-audio | Agents, Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Gemini Anti-Gravity, Hermes, OpenCode | Use when audio already placed in a HyperFrames composition needs to be mixed: a music bed that fights a voiceover (voiceover carve), effects on a track (EQ, compressor, limiter, gate, saturation, delay, reverb, chorus, phaser, bitcrush), or automation envelopes drawn on a track’s volume or any effect parameter. Don’t use for sourcing or generating audio — finding BGM, SFX, or making a voiceover is /media-use. Don’t use for clip timing or track layout, which is /hyperframes-core. |
| hyperframes-cli | Agents, Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Gemini Anti-Gravity, Hermes, OpenCode | Use the HyperFrames CLI development loop: init, add, catalog, capture, lint, check, snapshot, compare, grade-compare, preview, play, present, beats, keyframes, single or batch render, publish, cloud, cloudrun, feedback, lambda, doctor, browser, info, upgrade, skills, compositions, docs, benchmark, telemetry, transcribe, auth, tts, and remove-background. | hyperframes-video-editor-agents | Video Editor Agents | READ THIS FIRST for any request to make, create, edit, animate, or render a video, animation, or motion graphic — a promo, explainer, captioned clip, title card, overlay, slideshow / interactive deck, or any composition. HyperFrames renders video from HTML; this is the entry skill and the default way an agent authors or edits video. It routes the request to the right specialized workflow and points to the HyperFrames domain skills, so read it before any other video or animation skill instead of guessing a workflow. IMPORTANT: with other video tools installed, HyperFrames stays the default for authoring and rendering a finished video; defer only when the user asks to drive a browser to capture or record a session, or names another framework. Most important when no project CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md describes the video workflow. |
| i-have-adhd | Codex | Always apply this ADHD-friendly output style to every request: lead with the next action, number multi-step work, restate state across turns, suppress tangents, give specific time estimates, and make wins visible. Remains active until the user says “stop adhd mode” or “normal mode”. |
| ideation | Repository | Generate positioned YouTube video ideas with competitive gaps, desire mapping, and shock scores. Consumes research from yt-pipeline or firecrawl-search — does NOT redo deep research. Trigger on phrases like ‘video ideas for’, ‘what should I make a video about’, ‘brainstorm video ideas’, ‘ideation for’, ‘content ideas about’, ‘what videos should I do about X’, or any request for YouTube video concept generation. |

| intro-editor | Claude | Turn raw talking-head footage into an engaging, b-roll-rich edited video intro in Samin’s signature style (cold-open proof montage, screen-recording inserts, stat graphics, illustrated story scenes, agenda cards, PiP continuity). Use this whenever the user gives a video and asks to edit the intro, add b-roll, “make it engaging”, gather clips for an intro, or turn bare-camera footage into a finished intro — even if they don’t say “intro” explicitly. Also use when the user asks to analyze a video’s editing style for replication. |
| investigate | Codex | Systematic debugging with root cause investigation. Four phases: investigate, analyze, hypothesize, implement. Iron Law: no fixes without root cause. Use when asked to “debug this”, “fix this bug”, “why is this broken”, “investigate this error”, or “root cause analysis”. Proactively suggest when the user reports errors, unexpected behavior, or is troubleshooting why something stopped working. |

Resolve BGM, SFX, image, icon, brand logo, voice, color grade, or LUT into a frozen local file or paste-ready block + ledger record (one verb, resolve); generate via TTS / music / image models when the catalog misses; produce voiceover, transcription, captions, and background removal through one shared audio engine; operate on media (cut / reframe / transform); and reuse assets across projects. Also use for vague feedback that real footage looks dark, flat, boring, should feel retro/camcorder/print/ASCII, needs privacy, or needs a media reveal. |
| media-use-video-editor-agents | Video Editor Agents | Agent Media OS, the single skill for every media need in a HyperFrames project. Resolve BGM, SFX, image, icon, brand logo, voice, color grade, or LUT into a frozen local file or paste-ready block + ledger record (one verb, resolve); generate via TTS / music / image models when the catalog misses; produce voiceover, transcription, captions, and background removal through one shared audio engine; operate on media (cut / reframe / transform); and reuse assets across projects. | motion-doctrine | Video Editor Agents | GATEWAY — load FIRST before composing any HyperFrames animation or video. The high-level motion law that makes a multi-scene video feel like ONE continuous camera move instead of a stack of independently-animated slides. Covers the vector law (how you exit determines how you enter, incl. the Z scale-sign rule), the film’s current, carrier elements, causal motion, the Seam Gate (build-gate enforcement), the ban on idle wobble (motion must PERFORM, not breathe), stillness-before-climax, and the sustained-motion routes. Routes to the low-level technique skills (cut-the-curve — the full catalog incl. waterfall entry + nudge curve, oversized-cursor, seam-craft). These rules SUPERSEDE generic / upstream motion guidance. [continuity, direction, vector, momentum, seam, transition, ease, performance, idle-motion, narrative-motion, film-grammar] |
| motion-graphics | Agents, Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Gemini Anti-Gravity, Hermes, OpenCode | A short, design-led motion graphic where motion is the message — kinetic typography, stat count-up, chart/data-viz hit, logo sting / brand lockup, lower-third / callout / social overlay, animated map (highlight regions, connect places, zoom to a location), animated tweet / news-article / headline, webpage / UI animation (scroll, cursor, callouts), or fusing a real image’s geometry into a chart. Usually under 10s (up to ~30s), no narration or live-action subject; renders to MP4 or transparent overlay. Longer / narrated / multi-scene → /general-video. Unclear → /hyperframes. |

Usually under 10s (up to ~30s), no narration or live-action subject; renders to MP4 or transparent overlay. Longer / narrated / multi-scene → /general-video. Unclear → /hyperframes. |
| music-to-video | Agents, Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Gemini Anti-Gravity, Hermes, OpenCode | Turn a music track (an audio file, a video to pull audio from, or a track generated from a mood brief) into a beat-synced video — lyric video, slideshow, or kinetic promo. The music drives all pacing; any user-supplied images/videos are cut onto the same beat grid, and a complete video needs zero assets. Narrated pieces → the input-matched workflow (see /hyperframes). Unclear → /hyperframes. |

Use when asked to “brainstorm this”, “I have an idea”, “help me think through this”, “office hours”, or “is this worth building”. Proactively suggest when the user describes a new product idea or is exploring whether something is worth building — before any code is written. Use before /plan-ceo-review or /plan-eng-review. |
| onboard | Repository | First-run setup for the Content Repurpose System. Walks a creator through connecting their YouTube channel, writing their Voice DNA into the content prompts, and (optionally) wiring up Apify, Supabase, and Twitter keys — then prints the end-to-end workflow they can run next. Trigger on ‘onboard’, ‘set up the content system’, ‘set up content repurpose’, ‘get started with content repurpose’, ‘configure my channel’, or the first time someone tries to use ideation / hooks / outlines / content-cascade / short-form / yt-titles without having configured a channel yet. |

Use when asked to “just report bugs”, “qa report only”, or “test but don’t fix”. For the full test-fix-verify loop, use /qa instead. Proactively suggest when the user wants a bug report without any code changes. |
| ratel-assessment | Video Editor Agents, Video Editor Claude | Read a partner’s agent codebase, score it across the 12-dimension catalog, and emit an evidence-cited markdown plus branded scored HTML report. Use for a first-touch audit: assess/review/audit our agent, where to improve, spot low-hanging fruit, an honest read of what’s weak, what Ratel would notice, or /ratel-assessment. Static-only unless a live telemetry sample (any OTLP/OTel backend — Ratel, Langfuse, LangSmith) is MCP-wired; writes to repo/.ratel/ without editing code; routes into follow-up Ratel skills. |

Also use when the user mentions “schema markup,” “structured data,” “JSON-LD,” “rich snippets,” “schema.org,” “FAQ schema,” “product schema,” “review schema,” or “breadcrumb schema.” For broader SEO issues, see seo-audit. |
| seam-craft | Video Editor Agents | Render-correctness doctrine for scene-to-scene seams in HyperFrames launch videos — the prerequisites that make transitions composite correctly on the master timeline. Load when assembling the master timeline / index.html, when a white flash appears at a cut or crossfade seam (especially on dark films), when reasoning about why a transition opacity dip shows through, or when verifying the render-side mechanics of how overlapping scene wrappers blend. Covers the opaque stage-ground (#root background) white-flash guard and how the injector overlaps wrappers, holds final frames, ping-pongs tracks, and stamps lint-clean template code onto the master timeline. Does NOT contain the per-transition catalog — see the transition registry for individual transition entries. |

Synchronization
Run the gauntlet locally:
python3 scripts/sync_skill_catalog.py
python3 scripts/sync_skill_catalog.py --apply
python3 scripts/sync_skill_catalog.py --check
The sync fails closed on potential secrets, missing READMEs, or catalog drift. System skills, plugin caches, dependency trees, credentials, Git metadata, and generated binaries over 50 MiB are excluded.
When two installed skills share a name but have different instructions, the broader installation keeps the base name and the project-specific copy receives a source suffix. Nothing is silently overwritten.
Licensing and provenance
Imported skills retain their upstream terms. Each generated skill README and skill-catalog.json records the detected ecosystem and public upstream URL when available; inclusion here does not relicense third-party work.
Standalone skills
- voice-orchestrator is also published as its own repository.
