Software copyright applications themselves are not mysterious; the real trouble lies in organizing the materials: the application form fields must be written correctly, the operation manual must be decent, code materials must be extracted according to rules, and the software name, version number, and page count must all be consistent. Many developers end up entrusting this to paid agencies or document organization services, and often the money they pay for is just the documentation sorting work.

The goal of this skill is straightforward: so developers no longer have to pay extra to organize software copyright materials, nor have to hand over project code and product details to external vendors for back-and-forth communication. Delegate the real project to a code assistant that supports the skill, which will guide you through the process to confirm key information and generate a complete set of software copyright application materials locally that can be checked, modified, and exported before submission.

• Generate the complete set of documents yourself: From project analysis, business understanding, application form information, operation manuals to code materials, the entire process is completed, eliminating the need for external agencies to organize documents.
• Extracting code from real source code: Code materials must only come from existing developers’ projects; AI fabrication of source code is prohibited, suitable for developers sensitive to material authenticity.
• Automatic processing of first 30 pages / last 30 pages rule: When the source code is sufficient, generate the first 30 and last 30 pages according to common identification material requirements; If less than 60 pages, generate all code materials according to the rules.
• Operation manual without templates: Understand the project business, pages, and functions first, then write instructions for auditors to avoid only empty generic function lists.
• Application Form Fields Centralized: Software name, version number, copyright owner, development environment, runtime environment, source program volume, function description, etc., are uniformly generated in 申请表信息.txt. You can copy and copy them when filling out on the official website.
• Key Nodes You Confirm: Business standards, application form fields, code selection, screenshot methods, and the final Markdown draft will all be stopped for developers to confirm, reducing the risk of miswritten materials.
• One-click Word/TXT output: After confirmation, generate operation manual DOCX, code material DOCX, and application form TXT, all files stored in 软件著作权申请资料/正式资料/.
• Locally generated, controllable materials: By default, materials are generated in the current project directory, with code, documentation, and drafts stored locally, making it easy for developers to review, modify, and archive them themselves.
• Provide the full demo: The repository provides 生成demo/软件著作权申请资料/, allowing you to directly click to view the generated draft, official documents, and application support documents.
