Conversion of 1-2 photographs of individuals or mandated persons into a set of identifiable, reusable and sustainable ** personal cartoon IP assets.

It does not generate a single image of a combination of hints, but a complete set of workflows for Codex: first select the style, confirm the photograph and scope of use, and then create and freeze the prototype of the person; then all the features, expressions, actions, reloads or scenes of assets are expanded on the basis of the same person ’ s version and remain consistent over time through role-setting, delivery lists and acceptance records.

What does it solve

Ordinary “photograms” tend to solve only one picture: the next time a move, face or scene is changed, the person can change his face, hair or dress.

[[T0] Separate management of character characteristics and variable content:

• Personal identity lock: fixed face, hair, glasses, emblemic clothing, colour and proportion.
• Extension as required: change of face, position, gesture or necessary props only. -** Confirm first and then batch**: No complete sticker or action chart is generated until the prototype of the person is identified.
• ** Version is reversible**: the character version is recorded separately from the delivery version, with both modifications and refunds being justified.
• The results are acceptable: each independent asset records size, background, transparent access and QA status.

It is suitable for small red book publishers, content creators, freelancers and individual brands, and is used to make headscarfs, face stickers, action material, re-hatting roles, cover figures or lightweight scene cards.

What will it deliver

Depending on the style chosen and this needs, you can obtain:

• A prototype of a recognized person;
• Independent header, face sticker, action, change of clothes or scene PNG;
• An optional package of preview puzzles;
• Role-setting documents that target the characteristics of the person;
• A delivery list of the dimensions, transparent channels, versions and validation values to be recorded; AI issues inspection and user acceptance records.

Each sticker or action is a separate source file. Preview puzzles are used only for viewing and do not replace directly usable PNGs.
