Overview
个人 agent skill 库。skills/ 是唯一真相源；本机 agent 目录里的条目全部是指向这里的 symlink。 - AGENTS.md：本仓工作的总合同，各节用 repo:// 指针连到专项文档。 - CONTEXT.md：统一语言与 canonical term。 - docs/architecture/current-system-map.md：L1 系统地图，skill 清单与所有权。 - docs/agents/：工程标准（workflow、coding、architecture、quality、writing、debugging、branching 等）。 - docs/adr/：难回退决定的 ADR，格式见 docs/adr/README.md。 - docs/deferred-hardening.md：延后加固清单，每次收口时更新。 把 skills/ 下每个 skill 链接进 ~/.agents/skills 和 ~/.claude/skills。 新增或修改 skill 后直接改仓库文件即可，symlink 即时生效，无需重跑； 只有新增 skill 目录时才需要重跑一次。 引用的第三方 skill（如 mattpocock/skills） 不复制进本仓库。它们以各自上游仓库 clone 为准，同样通过 symlink 接入 ~/.agents/skills，跟进上游只需在对应 clone 里 git pull。

Agent Development Workflow
This repository combines requirement shaping, map planning, spec and ticket creation, automated dispatch, and local Git closeout into one resumable development workflow. skills/ is the canonical runtime source. Third-party suites contribute only curated upstream snapshots; standalone single-Skill projects stay in upstream clones and are consumed through symlinks.

The pre-map tools are selected by the problem. They are not a fixed sequence and do not all have to run. Refactor and optimization analysis is also a pre-routing step, not an independent delivery path. Pushes, pull requests, and remote merges always require separate authority.
When a pull request reaches review, gh-merge-pr freezes one Review Packet, runs code-review as the main Standards and Spec review, and adds specialist reviews only when the request, changed paths, or main findings provide evidence. The current-head verdict must pass before a separately authorized merge and parity readback.

The script clones or fast-forwards standalone dependency repositories, then links repository-owned Skills, curated snapshots, and standalone Skills into ~/.agents/skills and ~/.claude/skills. It refuses to replace a real directory with a symlink. A dependency checkout with local changes is preserved and not updated.
To let an AI Agent inspect the environment, install runtime dependencies, and verify the result, paste the prompt from the one-paste Agent bootstrap guide.

delivery-pipeline also needs at least one installed worker CLI: pi, Codex CLI, or Claude CLI. Codex App uses native Tasks and Worktrees and does not require Herdr.

Run $sync-upstream-skills to check curated snapshots; it writes only after an explicit update request. Standalone single-Skill projects still update through their upstream clone, and symlinks consume the result immediately.
