One skills library for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and other coding agents. Skills live in skills/ /SKILL.md. Claude Code plugins are thin manifests that point at those skills. Install details are in INSTALL.md. This repository was dgalarza/claude-code-workflows. Old links redirect here. These two are the place to start. Each has its own landing page. Source: codebase-readiness and agent-ready. After a score, a Foundation Sprint is two weeks on the highest-leverage problem, with a Production AI retainer if the work should continue. Or one skill on Cursor, Codex, or another agent: The bundle manifest is plugins/engineering-skills.

The bundle manifest is plugins/engineering-skills.
herdr-code-review runs team-code-review in a fresh sibling Herdr pane. It needs HERDR_ENV=1. It is not in the bundle. Install it with npx skills:

Utilities
This is an operator utility. It is not a Claude plugin. Install with npx skills.
