/clarify - Plan Clarification

Resolves ambiguities in plan files through structured questioning using the AskUserQuestion tool.

Features:

• Detects vague language, missing specs, undefined constraints
• 2-4 questions per round with pros/cons options
• Records decisions with rationale and owner
• Updates plan file with decisions appendix
• Maximum 5 rounds (prevents infinite loops)

Installation: Copy commands/clarify.md to ~/.claude/commands/
