Molis Work 是一个本地优先的工作平台：一个插件基础，包含许多插件，你和你使用的 AI 运行时在相同的目标、会话、订阅源、代码、文档和日历上工作，每个任务都由拥有它的插件管理。

该平台为每个 Home，一个常驻主机，一个共享动作目录（包含授权）、插件运行时、工作台壳和一个 AI 运行时。每个项目都有目标，可以根据需要添加会话、收件箱、订阅、日程、结果和编码家族;个人插件如 Jelly（日历和笔记）、Todo、Pages、Lingguang 和 Cognia 在每个项目中都能使用。每个插件在动作目录中注册一次其能力，页面、助手、工作流程和外部 MCP 客户端会根据授权调用它们。

目标插件是用来处理长期运行工作失败的无聊方式：新会话无法看到上一个，原有结果随着局部决策堆积而漂移，“完成”成了一句没有可检查的句子。缺少的不是更智能的模型。而是每个运行时都能读取的一条项目记录：被接受的目标、如何拆分、被阻挡的部分以及算作完成的部分。

Molis Work is a local-first work platform: a plugin base with many plugins, where you and the AI Runtimes you use work on the same goals, sessions, feeds, code, documents and calendar, each kept by the plugin that owns it.

The platform is one resident host per Home, a shared action catalog with grants, the plugin runtime, the workbench shell, and one AI runtime. Every project has Goals and can add Sessions, Inbox, Feed, Schedule, Results and the Coding family as needed; personal plugins such as Jelly (calendar and notes), Todo, Pages, Lingguang and Cognia work in every project. Each plugin registers its capabilities once in the action catalog, where pages, the Assistant, workflows and external MCP clients call them as granted.

The Goals plugin is for a boring way long-running work fails: a new Session cannot see the last one, the original outcome drifts as local decisions pile up, and “done” is a sentence with nothing to check. What is missing is not a smarter model. It is one project record every Runtime can read: the accepted Goal, how it was split, what is blocked, and what counts as done.

Molis Work keeps that record locally. Codex, Claude Code, OpenCode, or another connected Harness updates the same Goal. You confirm material changes. You can see how far the work has got without asking the model to recap.

It does not ship a model: you configure models and keys in Settings, and the Assistant and plugins such as Coding, Schedule and the plugin studio run through the Home’s one Prologue Runtime. External Harnesses still read and write through MCP; Molis Work does not dispatch work for you.

Desktop

A native macOS window: focus one Goal, then open a terminal that stays bound to it. Molis Work also has a clickable status icon in the macOS menu bar. Click it for the current project, focused Goal, status, and next action.
