EduQuest 目前作为面向生产的全栈Next.js应用实现。

前端和后端文件夹

• 前端运行时代码存在于：

• src/components
• src/styles
• 后端运行时代码存在于：
• src/app/api
• src/lib/server

该仓库现在还包括顶层的frontend和[backend文件夹，内含README文件，记录MCP规划所请求的所有权边界。

开始

首先，运行开发服务器：

用浏览器打开http://localhost:3000查看结果。

你可以通过修改src/app/page.tsx开始编辑落地页。页面会随着你编辑文件自动更新。

排版

该应用通过 @fontsource 包自托管字体，因此页面在生产环境中不依赖外部字体请求。

环境

使用.env.example作为生产配置检查表。

• EDUQUEST_SESSION_SECRET 在生产中是必需的。

EduQuest

EduQuest is currently implemented as a production-oriented full-stack Next.js application.

Frontend And Backend Folders

The repository also now includes top-level frontend and backend folders with README files that document the ownership boundary requested by the MCP plans.

Getting Started

First, run the development server:

npm run dev
# or
yarn dev
# or
pnpm dev
# or
bun dev

Open http://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

You can start editing the landing page by modifying src/app/page.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

Typography

The app self-hosts fonts with @fontsource packages so pages do not depend on external font requests in production.

• Body text: Inter
• Headings: Sora
• Code and metrics: JetBrains Mono

Environment

Use .env.example as the production configuration checklist.

• EDUQUEST_SESSION_SECRET is required in production.
• EDUQUEST_PERSISTENCE_ADAPTER=postgres enables the production PostgreSQL adapter.
• DATABASE_URL points the PostgreSQL adapter at the production database.
• EDUQUEST_RATE_LIMIT_ADAPTER=redis enables distributed rate limiting.
• REDIS_URL supports distributed rate limits, future queue state, and live matchmaking support.

Run database migrations before production traffic:

npm run db:migrate

Deployment Direction

The current application already builds successfully as a deployable Next.js app. Production traffic should use the PostgreSQL and Redis adapters documented in docs/PRODUCTION_DEPLOYMENT.md.

Deploy on Vercel

The app is ready for a Vercel deployment once production environment variables are configured and the backend migration path is approved. The deployment checklist lives in docs/PRODUCTION_DEPLOYMENT.md.
