为什么是工作台

求职意味着敏感的个人数据（简历、电话号码、雇主历史）——以及能够悄悄捏造事实的AI输出。该项目围绕三个答案展开：

• 本地优先隐私。 所有内容都以明文形式存储在你的磁盘上——支持git可调配，支持Excel，没有遥测，没有云服务器（桌面应用启动的本地后端只监听127.0.0.1）。真实的个人数据会保留在personal/中，git完全忽略：一个新的克隆会给你一个空的工作区，你可以分支这个仓库而不泄露任何东西。
• 可审计的AI，而非黑箱自动化。 你自己的AI CLI（BYOK模型）负责语义判断——阅读JD，评分匹配度。

The loop — JD parsing → eligibility gate → resume versions → application tracking → interviews and offers. The gate runs before any scoring and can end the evaluation right there (fail, or “awaiting profile facts” — neither is scored); only an eligible job goes on to be scored. The readable version of that flow is this line; the diagram itself lives under Core design further down.

Five ways to use it

One local data base, several native entry points. All of them read and write the same Markdown/CSV workspace on your disk. There is no vendor-hosted cloud service and no telemetry: the desktop app starts a local backend bound to 127.0.0.1, and an AI host only sees what a tool call returns or what you paste into the conversation — nothing is uploaded in the background.
