Key Principles

• Lead with stories - “I was reviewing logs late one night…” not “AI is transforming…”
• Real specifics - “10-15%” not “many”
• Acknowledge competitors - Honesty builds trust
• Dialogue, not sales - “Find me on LinkedIn” not “Book a demo today!”
