Prerequisites
Before running bunx create-agentic-qa@latest or bun install && bun setup, install the hard blockers. The installer’s preflight checks everything else in seconds, before anything is written, and shows the exact install command or URL for whatever is missing — but front-loading these saves a fail-and-retry loop.
