Codex Relay Workflow (CRW)

CRW is a community project; it is not an official OpenAI or Codex product. Its workflow connects child-task delegation, PR review resolution, and parent-task verification and integration.

crw-status	Read-only report of where work stands by level, with progress against the agreed schedule, and the one next action when asked
crw-check	Verify delivery, find contradictions with minimal counterexamples, judge the schedule, and return in-scope corrections to managed tasks
crw-refactor	Diagnose post-cycle structural debt, read-only, and recommend bounded, behavior-preserving repairs; a chosen repair becomes a Linear issue through crw-add-issue
