Two skills that tell you what to do next — across your PRs, and across your board. Then type /pm:pr-digest or /pm:scrum-master — or just ask in plain English ("summarize my open PRs for Checkout Revamp") and the right skill fires on its own. No local clone needed: Claude Code fetches the repo and keeps it updated. Run /plugin marketplace update to pull the latest — the plugin is deliberately unversioned, so every commit here counts as a release. Copy either skill directory into wherever your agent looks for skills: They're plain markdown with YAML frontmatter — no code, no dependencies of their own. pr-digest degrades gracefully without a tracker — it falls back to matching branches and changed paths, and says so in the report. scrum-master needs the board. You have six open PRs. Two are red, one has a reviewer waiting on a decision, three are fine. Asking an agent "how are my PRs doing" normally gets you six paragraphs and a check tally.
