Quick Start
Install the plugin. It brings the signed binary, the /archive-mail command
family, the safety rules, and the staleness hook as one unit:

Maintainers can run make check-install to verify that these documented public GitHub
marketplaces still list the requested plugins. The Install instructions CI
runs on pull requests, pushes to main, and daily. PR checks use the checkout
manifest only for this repository (--checkout-repo), while external sources
are always fetched remotely; main/scheduled/manual checks inspect published
remote manifests. Thus a coordinated local rename can pass PR review, and changes in an external
marketplace can also be detected. A missing entry or invalid source fails with
INSTALL_RESOLUTION_INVALID (exit 1); bounded network failures report
INSTALL_RESOLUTION_UNCERTAIN (exit 2), also a failing check. Neither is silently
skipped. Unrelated entry metadata is ignored; an unreadable entry name prevents
a definite absence claim when the requested target was not otherwise found.
This checks remote marketplace membership; it does not execute or verify
the Claude loader, download the plugin, or install anything. Offline regression
fixtures run with make test-plugin. The resolver accepts fenced shell commands
using owner/repo or GitHub HTTPS repository sources and plugin@marketplace
install targets; recognized installation-looking commands in unsupported forms
(including wrappers or global options) fail explicitly, as do such commands in
